  • We have also expanded our app catalog to include Trello, Jira, OneDrive, and others.
  • See Get Started: SaaS Management to learn more.

Password Aging Settings

  • Password Aging Settings have been updated so that when they are initially set, or subsequently updated, a modal appears to inform you that the settings will apply at the next password change.
  •  You will also have the option to choose a custom date for expiring existing passwords for all users, after which the new settings will apply.
  •  See Manage Your Password Expiration Strategy to learn more.

Device Monitoring and Alerting

  • We’ve added a new Existing Violations column to the Alerts dashboard to indicate if an alert is triggered by existing conditions, along with a corresponding filter, and a field by the same name in the alerts details page.
  • This applies to all alerts generated by new or updated rules with Existing Conditions enabled after January 16th, 2025.
  • For alerts generated before 16th January, 2025, the value displayed in the Alerts dashboard and the alert details page may be inaccurate, potentially showing No despite having existing violations. The Existing Violations filter may also display inaccurate results.
  • See Understanding Existing Conditions to learn more.

Windows MDM CSP Policies V2

  • We have added the following new policies to the existing CSP (Configuration Service Provider) policy framework:
    • Application Restriction: Allows you to configure settings to control which applications are allowed or blocked from running on a specific device/group.
    • Custom MDM (OMA-URI): Allows you to configure MDM policies not included in pre-built templates using OMA-URIs, which provide precise control over specific device settings and functionalities.
    • Windows Time Service Configuration: Configure the NTP (Network Time Protocol) servers with which devices should synchronize.
    • Config Refresh: Allows you to Configure frequent evaluation of policy updates, ensuring devices remain in compliance with set configuration.
    • We have enhanced the existing bluetooth policy to include Bluetooth Allowed Services. This allows you to centrally control complete Bluetooth functionality, including all available services.
