To purchase now, just enter your credit card within JumpCloud under the menu with your email address in the top right. Your account will be unlocked immediately with all features and automatically billed at the Platform level monthly.
If you would like to purchase a different package, please contact our sales team and they will work closely with you to determine what is best for your situation.
JumpCloud Platform is the most commonly purchased package and the default option. If you would like to purchase a different package or annual/multi-year option, please contact our sales team to support you.
JumpCloud offers 10 days of free Premium Support when you first create your account. You will have access to our free standard support (9-5 MT) when this premium support expires. See our support policies for more details.
JumpCloud has a full account management and remote implementation engineering team that comes customary with all packages. This team is here to help you successfully implement your JumpCloud Directory Platform.
Once you transition to a paid package, all users within JumpCloud will be billed.
