JumpCloud offers 10 days of free Premium Support when you first create your account. You will have access to our free standard support (9-5 MT) when this premium support expires. See our support policies for more details.
JumpCloud offers complimentary “self-serve” implementation resources that include a variety of videos, courses and documents. Customers can also purchase Implementation Services from our Professional Services team for a fully customized “white glove” experience.
Once you transition to a paid package, all users within JumpCloud will be billed.
