Improved Device Experience

Drum roll please… Introducing our newly improved Devices Details page! We’re giving you a full page layout of the Devices Details page and everything within it to streamline navigation, surface more meaningful information, and allow you to do more, in one place.

We’ve added some cool new features, quick actions, and relocated some information more intentionally. But for the most part, everything you’re used to seeing, or doing on this page will be the same, but better.

The main differences you’ll see are:

  1. A full page layout
  2. Device actions have moved into a neat, easily accessible quick actions menu
  3. The Details tab has been repurposed with more valuable information and renamed to Insights
  4. A new Commands tab

Note: Click on the images below to see them in a bigger view.

  • The new Highlights tab still provides a Device Overview and sections for Users, Device Groups, Policies, and Device Activity.
  • The main update is the actions that were located under the name of the device have moved to the top right corner of the page under a new quick Actions dropdown menu.
  • The name of the device, Operating System, and Serial Number have also moved to the top of the page.
  • The other change is that there is a new section for Device Configuration that allows you to enable or disable System Insights, and MFA Login. This used to be a dropdown menu selection under the name of your device.

  • The Insights tab has consolidated information from Device Details and System Insights to create a new experience outlining both.
