v. 2.2.197 (Linux only)

  • An RPM build for Linux is now available, in addition to the Debian build. Both of these builds auto-update and are stable Linux builds.
    • RPM works on x64 Architecture Red Hat distributions (Fedora).
    • Debian continues to work on Debian based distributions (Ubuntu, Debian).
    • We no longer support the .appimage build as of 04.18.2024.

  • This release contains new functionality for archiving items; users will be able to view, delete, and restore archived items easily.
  • Several improvements have been made to ensure Password Manager sync occurs quickly, appropriately, and without issues.

  • We have fixed a couple of issues with shared folder items not showing with a paired desktop app.
  • We have fixed a sync issue that was occurring when the mobile app was primary.
  • We fixed an issue where changes or restored items are not showing on a second linked desktop app.
  • We have fixed an intermittent issue where users were getting stuck in a loop when skipping the browser extension install during the signup process.
  • We have fixed an issue where a desktop app user is getting kicked out of their account after pairing the app with the iOS app.
  • We have added a What’s New link on the Settings > General screen so users have access to a running list of desktop app updates.

  • Users will have an improved experience during reactivation of Password Manager.
  • We’ve fixed an issue with the auto-backup file that is created during reactivation; previously it was creating an empty file.
  • We’ve fixed an issue where autofill passwords were still showing up with a ‘Pending Review’ status after previously being edited in the browser extension.
  • We fixed an issue with auto-lock so that it is now auto-locking when the machine is locked or enters sleep mode.
  • We’ve fixed an issue with the desktop app asking for touchID without a trigger of user interaction.
