Device Monitoring and Alerting

• We have identified and fixed an issue that was causing specific software addition and removal rules to fail. Previously, software addition and removal rules created before 2024-08-26 that included special characters failed to trigger. 
  With this fix, any affected rules created in the past will now automatically resume generating alerts as intended
