Vault: Identify Inactive Users

VaultOne provides a quick and easy way for administrators to identify users who have been inactive for more than 7 days. This information is crucial for maintaining security and managing user licenses effectively.

  1. Log in to the Vault platform.
  2. Go to Administration > Users.
  3. Click the filter icon. The Filter modal window is displayed.
  4. In the window, select Inactive under Status.
  5. Click Save. A list of inactive users is displayed.
