Vault: Change a Username

You can easily update a user's username in Vault by following the steps below.

Changing the Username

1. Log in to the Vault platform.
2. Go to Administration > Users. A list of all available users is displayed.
3. Select a user. The Edit User page is displayed.
4. On the Edit User page, update the Name field with the new desired value.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.

The user’s username has now been updated. They can use the new username on their next login, depending on the authentication method in use.
