SaaS Management: Dynatrace Connector

JumpCloud® SaaS Management gives you visibility and control over shadow IT and SaaS app use within your org. Connectors detect shadow IT without adoption of a browser extension and provide a significant increase to the valuable usage and security insights.

The Dynatrace Connector retrieves the user list from the Dynatrace API. Using periodic polling for regular updates, it captures new users and new application associates to keep data accurate and up-to-date.

Dynatrace User: Provides an up-to-date list of Dynatrace users.

Prerequisites

You must be a Dynatrace admin with API access.

  2. Click Account Management on the left panel.
