Reports generated during this timeframe should be identified and discarded, especially for any kind of analysis. Re-generate any report types that fall into this timeframe to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant results.
Identify and Regenerate Incomplete Reports
- Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.
- Go to INSIGHTS > Reports.
- In the Stored Reports Queue, click all stored reports.
- Click the Created At column filter to index your stored reports by date and time of generation.
- Find any decomission any reports generated during the timeframe:

2024-09-03 18:16 UTC (6:16 pm UTC)
Alternatively, you can evaluate the last 9 characters of the filename of downloaded report files to determine the date it was produced.
- Re-generate reports to ensure accurate dataset results.
Reports can’t be retroactively generated to measure insights for timeframes that go beyond the previous 90 days.
