JumpCloud Agent Release Notes for January 19, 2026

New Agent release (version  2.84.0)

macOS

Enhancements

  • macOS software app status updates now include execution state information, improving visibility into how applications are installed and updated on managed devices.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Migration Assistant would hang and time out at the Setting Up stage on macOS devices with agent version 2.75 and above.

Windows

Enhancements

  • Windows software app status updates now also include execution state information.
