Bug Fix Report for April 21 to 27

See below for a list of bug fixes completed between April 21-27:

• Org Settings: Admins can now immediately see changes to their company logo in the Admin Portal. Previously, this could take as long as 24 hours.
• Open Directory: Fixed a bug where an error message would appear when creating an active user, enabling MFA enrollment, and then changing their state to 'staged' prior to saving.
