Note: JumpCloud’s consolidated identity and access management (IAM) and cross-OS device management makes it possible to safeguard your most critical assets through a Zero Trust security strategy from one console. We’re rolling out platform enhancements that will enable technicians to manage clients with JumpCloud, even if they use another identity provider (IdP). This is made possible by federating with upstream IdPs and key advancements to device management. New automations, workflows, and troubleshooting tools that will make technicians more productive and leave clients more satisfied with their experience.

Clone Any Organization from the Multi-Tenant Portal (MTP)
The ability to clone organizations has been a timesaver for technicians and has generated a lot of feedback as well as some great suggestions. We’re making it work quicker and better for you.
Some upcoming enhancements include:
- Replicate organization settings by selecting ones that have similar requirements
- Replicate device and user groups
- Start your new organization with similar JumpCloud feature settings enabled
- Select the appropriate administrators to replicate
Homepage Widgets
Certificate and Token Status Board for MDM, SSO, and Azure AD
Having different things expire at different frequencies is a painpont for admins and can be detrimental to scaling your business. Put the calendars away: JumpCloud for MSPs is bringing expirations (and steps for renewal) front and center in a new MTP homepage widget.
You’ll soon gain expiration status visibility across:

More meet and greets are planned this quarter with San Diego and San Francisco up first in late November. The next destinations will be determined by our customers as we attempt to cover as much ground as possible during 2024 to strengthen our relationship with MSPs and partners.

You’ve asked and we’re delivering. JumpCloud’s Partner Portal (currently in beta) will provide quick access to billing and marketing materials as well as registration, news, and updates. More modules will be added over time. Your feedback will help to determine how it evolves.
