JumpCloud Agent Release Notes for March 16, 2026

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where device telemetry collection caused CPU spikes and reduced device performance.

macOS

Enhancements

  • Added support for .zip archived macOS applications from the Software Catalog.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where scheduled commands failed to execute or executed at incorrect times while a device was in sleep mode.

Windows

Enhancements

  • Improved JumpCloud agent responsiveness when users interact with the system tray app during device telemetry collection.
  • Enhanced internal process locking for JumpCloud Go to provide greater agent stability.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where password resets failed when initiated from the JumpCloud system tray app or via Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
  • Resolved an issue in Patch Management where major Windows feature updates (for example, 25H2) were incorrectly reported as missing after being cleared from Windows Update.
