VaultOne: Migrate Resources from One Connector to Another

Migrating resources between connectors in VaultOne is a straightforward process that allows you to reorganize your assets efficiently.

This operation requires administrator permissions.

Migrating Resources from one Connector to Another

Follow these five simple steps to move your resources from one connector to another:

1. Log in to VaultOne platform.
2. Go to Administration > Connectors. A list of available connectors is displayed.
3. Select a connector, click Actions and then select Migrate Resources. The Migrate Resources pop-up window is displayed which contains a list of assets associated with the source connector.
4. Select a single asset or multiple assets and click Next to navigate to the Choose Connector tab.
5. On the Choose Connector tab, select a destination connector from the Select connector target to these resources dropdown menu.
6. Click Next to navigate to the Review and Migrate tab.
7. Review the details and click MIGRATE to initiate migration. A success message is displayed on completion of the migration process.

The resources will then be moved from the source connector to the chosen destination connector.
