VaultOne: Identify Inactive Users

VaultOne provides a quick and easy way for administrators to identify users who have been inactive for more than 7 days. This information is crucial for maintaining security and managing user licenses effectively.

  1. Log in to VaultOne.
  2. Click Panel/Dashboard.
  3. Click the name of your specific VaultOne environment (such as demo).
  4. In the dashboard, you will find a list titled Users Who Haven't Logged In for More Than 7 Days. This list provides all the necessary information, allowing you to easily identify inactive accounts that may need to be managed.
