Auditing a Live Session
- Log in to the VaultOne platform.
- Navigate to the dashboard of a specific functionality you wish to monitor, such as Websites. A list of all available websites is displayed.
- Go to Databases. A list of all the configured databases is displayed.
- Select a desired website and then click Actions > Connections. The Connections pop-up window is displayed which contains the list of all active and previous sessions.
- Select an open session under Active Connections, and click any one of the following options:
- Watch the connection: This allows you to view the user's live session in real-time.
- Close the connection without viewing it: This option immediately terminates the user's session without requiring you to view their activity.
Note:
You can also access these options directly from the list of active connections within the VaultOne Connector interface. The ability to disconnect a user is available both directly from the connections list and from within the live session video screen
