VaultOne: Change a Username

You can easily update a user's username in VaultOne by following the steps below.

Changing the Username

1. In your VaultOne portal, go to Administration > Users.
2. Locate the user whose username you want to change and click on the Actions > Edit.

3. In the user edit screen, update the Username field with the new desired value.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.

The user’s username has now been updated. They can use the new username on their next login, depending on the authentication method in use.
