Prepare Now for End of Support

This article lists the prospective dates we're planning to end support for versions of the following operating systems:

  • Windows
  • Mac
  • Linux

When we end support for a system, you'll see the following changes:

  • JumpCloud will no longer test agent compatibility on unsupported systems, and the agent may or may not still work for a period of time.
  • The agent may not be able to manage existing deployments on unsupported systems, but JumpCloud won’t actively prevent agent installs or upgrades on unsupported systems.
  • If you experience issues running the agent on unsupported systems, we’ll recommend that you update to a supported system before troubleshooting issues.

Get in touch with us by Contacting JumpCloud Support through the Admin Portal if you have any questions.

For example, Windows 10 Professional version 21H2 is currently supported (as of this writing in August 2022), but will likely need to be upgraded to a later version to retain support through the published date.
