This article lists the prospective dates we're planning to end support for versions of the following operating systems:
- Windows
- Mac
- Linux
When we end support for a system, you'll see the following changes:
- JumpCloud will no longer test agent compatibility on unsupported systems, and the agent may or may not still work for a period of time.
- The agent may not be able to manage existing deployments on unsupported systems, but JumpCloud won’t actively prevent agent installs or upgrades on unsupported systems.
- If you experience issues running the agent on unsupported systems, we’ll recommend that you update to a supported system before troubleshooting issues.
Get in touch with us by Contacting JumpCloud Support through the Admin Portal if you have any questions.
