Admins can enable Multi-factor Authentication factor types for orgs on the MFA Configuration page. Learn more about all of the MFA factors that JumpCloud supports in the MFA Guide for Admins article.
To access Multi-factor Authentication settings:
- Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.
- Go to SECURITY MANAGEMENT > MFA Configurations.
Once MFA is configured, you can require MFA from your users when they access JumpCloud resources:
- User Portal login
- Admin Portal login
- Devices login
- Cloud RADIUS
- Cloud LDAP
- SSO Applications
- Password reset
