LOUISVILLE, Colo. – Feb. 27, 2020– JumpCloud today announced that David Denton is joining JumpCloud as director of business insights. Denton will work closely with JumpCloud’s co-founder, CFO, and Senior Vice President of Operations, Larry Middle, to help JumpCloud find insights to exceed its ambitious goals as efficiently as possible.
Prior to joining JumpCloud, Denton worked at a number of successful startups and scaled businesses, including Rally Software, Code42, Xactly, and Red Canary. Denton has helped CFOs and other executive leaders learn how to take advantage of data to help improve both strategy and execution.
“The Product Led Growth Strategy and fantastic data infrastructure that the JumpCloud team already built were big draws for me,” said Denton. “Given its sophistication with the PLG model, JumpCloud is really ahead of the curve in leveraging data to improve the customer journey. After meeting the team, it was clear that this would be an excellent opportunity for me to make a massive impact.”
Denton’s initial focus will be supporting Product Led Growth by finding patterns of behavior that correlate with conversion. Denton will work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with different departments to iterate through strategic projects that are focused on either improving recurring revenue acquisition or retention.
“We are fortunate to have someone with David’s background and passion joining JumpCloud,” said Middle. “With the explosive growth we are experiencing, having someone with his expertise help us navigate our strategy and find ways to better support our customers’ and prospects’ JumpCloud experience is invaluable.”
