BOULDER, COLO. – Aug. 12, 2019 – JumpCloud® today announced Rich Zirk as the director of MSP sales. Rich will work closely with Toby Yoder, JumpCloud’s vice president of worldwide sales, who was announced earlier this month. Both hires are fundamental for scaling JumpCloud’s sales infrastructure and MSP channel strategy.
“At JumpCloud, we place a heavy emphasis on personal and professional growth of each one of our team members,” explained Aaron Wilmot, JumpCloud’s vice president of people. “To continue to support them during this phase of rapid growth, we are expanding our team with leaders who are driven by creating conditions that will foster that growth.”
Having a dedicated leader on developing JumpCloud’s MSP channel strategy has a great impact on the organization and its clients. MSPs are trusted IT service providers to their customers. As the shift to the cloud continues, clients are looking to MSPs for guidance to make the shift. By adding JumpCloud to the mix, MSPs will be able to offer additional capabilities to securely manage their client’s user access to systems, applications, files, and networks.
“I’m incredibly excited to be leading the expansion of JumpCloud’s MSP channel and collaborating with the amazing executive leadership team and employees to build a world class partner program,” said Zirk. “Our partners are essential to our growth, and enabling them to successfully position JumpCloud to their customers is our highest priority.”
Before joining JumpCloud, Zirk was responsible for all sales activities, partnerships, sourcing, and more at vCom Solutions, a cloud-based software and managed services company focused on helping enterprises manage IT spend from procure-to-pay. With 15 years of IT and SaaS experience, Zirk has a hands on understanding of delivering customers vital solutions that move the needle for their business, and extensive knowledge of the essential requirements to enable success for customers of all sizes.
“We are thrilled about Rich leading our growing MSP channel sales team. He brings incredible energy, industry knowledge, and the strategic mindset to help us transform our partner relationships and customer experience,” explained Yoder. “Our channel business is critically important as we scale the company and look for the best way to serve our customer base that ranges from one employee to thousands.”
