Martinez is a highly accomplished technology executive with a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, and global sales. She has decades of leadership experience from major companies like Cisco, Salesforce, Microsoft, AT&T, and Motorola. She also serves on the boards of Bank of America and Tyson Foods.

Martinez retired from Cisco Systems, Inc. in May 2024. At Cisco, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s operations and execution. Before her tenure at Cisco, Martinez held a series of pivotal leadership positions at Salesforce. Her contributions were significant in scaling Salesforce’s customer-focused initiatives and driving substantial growth.
