Our people and company culture have landed us the Number 1 spot in Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in Colorado, and Number 115 across the entire U.S.!

We were honored to be recognized in last year’s inaugural list from Forbes, and are thrilled to be recognized again — this time climbing to the top spot!

In 2013, we began as just a handful of startup veterans in a small office at the base of the Rocky Mountains, with the shared belief that making work happen could be easier, more secure, and more convenient. Eight years later, the evidence suggests we were on to something:

  • We’ve adopted a remote-first workplace
  • We are hiring over 500 employees across the nation
  • We just closed a $100M series E funding round
  • The JumpCloud Directory Platform is deployed globally in over 100,000 organizations

And our solution keeps earning industry recognition — most recently in G2’s Spring reports, naming JumpCloud a market leader in five different categories. JumpCloud was also recognized in G2’s Best Software of 2021, in the categories of Highest Satisfaction, Best Software Product, Best IT Cloud Management, Best Remote Work Product, and Best Mid-Market Product.

And while industry recognition is fantastic, it’s the people that have always been at the heart of what we do. Our founding vision, to make work happen, continues to drive us toward delivering operational excellence for IT admins and the employees they manage. Within our (virtual) walls, the contributions of hundreds of dedicated and passionate JumpCloudians have made that vision a reality. Though our employees have made it look easy, it’s only because of their commitment, brilliance, and grit that we’ve had the success we’ve had. This honor is a testament to them and to the extraordinary environment they build each day.

So we’re especially proud of today’s recognition of JumpCloud and all those who make it great. Given Colorado’s emergence as a thriving tech hub, earning the spot as the state’s Number 1 Best Startup Employer from Forbes is no small achievement. It’s a well-deserved honor for all JumpCloudians, and underscores our commitment to employee growth and development, and support of their creativity and hard work.

And while our Colorado roots run deep, our Number 115 nationwide ranking aligns with our work-from-anywhere approach and we’re proud of our ability to tap top talent no matter where folks are based.

We’re adding new members to the JumpCloud team every day, so if you’d like to join a remarkable team and a workplace where you can be your best self, drop us a line today.

Again, thanks to Forbes for this recognition, and thanks to all JumpCloudians for making it happen!
