FAQs
- JumpCloud Certified Admin learning path takes approximately 20 hours to complete.
- Sales Professional Certification learning path takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
- Solutions Foundations learning journey takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
- JumpCloud Certified Admin: Each product-area certification will have its own exam that consists of 20 questions and you will have 40 minutes to complete each timed exam.
- JumpCloud Sales Professional certification: The final exam consists of 20 questions, and you’ll have 40 minutes to complete the timed exam.
- Solutions Foundations: The final exam consists of 20 questions, and you’ll have 40 minutes to complete the timed exam.
Note: You have 3 attempts to pass these exams, and you cannot retake any exam twice within a 24 hour period.
Exams have a combination of multiple-choice, multiple select, fill-in-the blank, ordering & matching questions. Some questions award partial credit for partially correct answers. Upon successful completion of the exam, you’ll be awarded a Credly verifiable digital badge. Certificates can be downloaded from the course once passed.
All certification exams are freely available to partners who are a part of the JumpCloud Partner Program.
You have a total of 3 attempts to pass the assessments. If you fail, we only ask you wait 24 hours before retaking the exam. If you fail upon your third and final attempt, we ask that you email our team at partner-university@jumpcloud.com to request an additional attempt.
Yes! We offer our partners free access to a Credly account where you can share your newly acquired skills on your professional networks. Learn more about Credly.
Yes, all certifications are valid for 2 years.
