Troubleshoot: Custom API Integrations

This article helps you troubleshoot common issues with importing users to JumpCloud via custom API integrations. For more information on configuration, see Import Users with a Custom API Integration.

I cannot create a custom API integration with my desired application.

Resolution: A custom API integration cannot be used to integrate with any of the following applications at this time:

  • Cezanne
  • Cornerstone on Demand
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Paycor
  • UKG
  • WorkBright
  • Zenefits

Several of my users are missing from the import modal.

Resolution: Verify the pagination type the application API is using. Page-based and keyset pagination may cause this behavior, and are not officially supported at this time. There may be an option to utilize the parameterized query field to set the pagination values.

The manager is not being populated.

Resolution: If the manager doesn't exist in JumpCloud when the user was added or updated, the field will remain blank. Once the manager's user record is created in JumpCloud, the manager value will be added on the next update.
