Starting this September, we’re taking our certification program to the next level. While our Core Certification has been instrumental in showcasing your skills with JumpCloud, we’re introducing Advanced Certification that will delve even deeper into our platform’s capabilities.

Charging for Certifications
One of the significant updates is that, starting in September, we began charging for both our Core and Advanced Certification. We want to be transparent about this decision and the reasons behind it.
By introducing a fee for certifications, we can enhance our certification program, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards. This investment allows us to provide you with an even more robust and valuable certification experience. In addition, certifications will expire after one year of completion, encouraging all users to stay current with their product education and ensure nothing is missed; renewal courses are coming out next year for those of you who have successfully completed your certification. Rest assured, the value you receive will far exceed the cost.
We understand that this change may raise questions. However, it’s essential to recognize that the funds generated will directly contribute to improving the educational resources, certifications, and support services we offer. Your success remains at the forefront of our mission.

These resources are designed to help you master JumpCloud’s capabilities, regardless of your certification status. For example, the Advanced Certification learning path is free to access at any time.
