BOULDER, Colo. – Dec. 11, 2019 – JumpCloud® announced today that Larry Middle, JumpCloud’s co-founder and chief financial officer, will take on the role of senior vice president of operations. Middle co-founded JumpCloud with CEO Rajat Bhargava in December 2012. Seven years later, and with the addition of General Atlantic in the latest financing round, Middle will begin to have a deeper focus on how JumpCloud can quickly accelerate a variety of different functions.
“Larry is a key player for much of the work that we are doing around the Product Led Growth (PLG) model and rapid iterations in product adoption, customer success, and analytics,” said Bhargava. “PLG is at the core of JumpCloud and is based on running quick experiments to increase customer success with the product. Larry is ideal to take on this additional role.”
The senior vice president of operations role oversees many teams across the organization including analytics, growth engineering, customer success, and finance. Middle will be working closely with Kim Wachtel, JumpCloud’s vice president of growth engineering and customer experience, to guide the growth engineering team with their experiments, and he will be working closely with the customer success team to take their functions to the next level with data and analytics. The recent addition of Justin Schumacher as vice president of finance puts Middle in the unique position to take on the additional responsibilities.
