Operating Status & Support Availability
JumpCloud’s business operations and platform services are not affected by COVID-19. You can continue to engage with JumpCloud sales and support in the same capacities you always do, with the same service level commitments, including email, chat, phone, social media, and our website.
Contingency Plans
JumpCloud services are available in the cloud in a distributed and multi-tenant fashion. We have the ability to provide service and support for our product without the need for employees to be in a single location or office. Our infrastructure and ops teams have built-in redundancies and personnel that are available on-call 24x7x365.
Proactive Actions
As global citizens, we have a duty to help with the virus containment effort. Here are the steps we’re taking toward that end:
- JumpCloud has initiated a mandatory work from home policy to ensure no concentration of employees in any given area. This policy includes all of our global locations. We’ve instructed all of our employees to work from their homes, communicate securely, and do what’s necessary to facilitate business continuity for our customers and partners. This precautionary step will not impact our customers and partners in any way, and it reduces the possibility of spreading the virus through the workplace.
- As a SaaS business and platform, JumpCloud already had business continuity plans prepared. Our plans were quickly executed, with no negative effect on our levels of support to you.
- We’re educating ourselves and our employees about the virus by closely following the WHO and CDC guidelines in addition to our various state and local government educational programs.
- We’ve banned business travel for an indefinite period of time.
