The last time you made a big decision or an important purchase for your organization, did you seek out a second opinion before pulling the trigger? This can mean asking a colleague you trust for their opinion, or going to trusted websites and reading reviews from others that have already bought and tested the product you’re interested in.

Reviews from your peers can have a powerful impact on the way you view a company and its products, and they can even inspire you to think about your work in a new way. Hearing how others have used the product and how successfully it worked for them can quickly shape your purchasing decision.

At JumpCloud®, we place a lot of weight behind customer, partner, and user reviews, and we want everyone that uses the JumpCloud Directory Platform to share their experience. Sharing the love via reviews helps other IT professionals pinpoint solutions to the different challenges they face, no matter how big or small they seem. Plus, you may use JumpCloud in a way that’s unique, and sharing this with others can be incredibly helpful and rewarding!

We love to hear from people who use JumpCloud — can you spare 5 minutes to add your JumpCloud review on G2?

Easy to use, great “out of the box” experience.

Q: What do you like best?

A: I like that I can centralize my list of users, the machines that they have access to, and then with a click of a button, enforce the TOTP login requirements. We started by using JumpCloud to ease the centralization of MFA administration, which had previously been done with homegrown scripts. The automation provided by JumpCloud allows us to focus on our business logic itself, instead of plumbing.

Q: What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A: I am using JumpCloud to support my own business and customers. For my own business, I am managing both Google Workspaces AND Microsoft 365 for Business; something JumpCloud does brilliantly! My customers are using a wide range of features, including: Single Sign-On, MFA, SAML connectors, and more.

JumpCloud Cloud Directory – Business Review.

Q: What do you like best?

A: JumpCloud allows our business to manage Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. On top of that, it was flexible enough to allow us to integrate SSOs and policy groups, both of which were essential for our company. We were able to integrate both Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory into JumpCloud as well. I really like the fact that this is a cloud based solution so our IT team can dedicate resources elsewhere instead of to maintenance.

Simple, quick to set up, and works with so many platforms.

Q: What do you like best?

A: The fact it’s cloud-hosted, which means that we no longer have to have expensive dedicated hardware onsite. It also means administration and maintenance has reduced as we no longer have to deal with backups or system maintenance.

Makes everything much simpler.

Q: What do you like best?

A: JumpCloud is extremely simple to use. I don’t remember spending more than 10 seconds trying to find a feature on the admin dashboard. JumpCloud also saved us the time and effort of setting up and maintaining an AD server. We also use JumpCloud to inventory our machines, since it has a lot of useful information about each device.

Perfect solution for easy to implement IT systems management.

Q: What do you like best?

A: The ease of use of Jumpcloud and setting up your office equipment is the best thing about this service. Being able to add users with the ease of a click to shared machines, or adding new staff to your office Wifi, or making sure you have the best policies in place to keep your machine secure. JumpCloud is by far the best solution for those smaller businesses that don’t have the time or the budget for a dedicated IT team.

JumpCloud should be every org’s go-to cloud directory service.

Q: What do you like best?

A: Having cloud integration for all of our services has been a lifesaver. JumpCloud has been easy to learn and even easier to teach to our end users. JumpCloud offers more services and tools than some competitors, and premium support has been amazing. They go above and beyond to resolve issues.
