JumpCloud Named Best Software for Highest Satisfaction, Mid-Market, Remote Work, and IT Cloud Management

JumpCloud is unique. Our focus on applying product-led growth principles to IT infrastructure sets us apart from the juggernauts that have dominated the directory services, identity and access management, and device management categories. At our core, we believe that reimagining how IT and DevOps securely manage and connect users to IT resources will lead to a complete disruption of established markets. Building a cloud directory platform that reduces complexity by integrating a number of categories of solutions (think directory services, SSO, MDM, MFA, PAM, IGA, and more) as core functionality makes it vastly easier for our customers, who often have limited IT personnel and budget, to get work done. Today, G2 acknowledged JumpCloud across several categories for Best Software of 2021. These awards, which we received based on analysis of user submitted reviews, are a big sign for us that we are heading in the right direction. 

In 2020, G2 collected nearly a quarter of a million new software reviews which were read by nearly 40 million people.
