America’s Growth Capital’s Security Conference has become a bit of an institution over the past several years. Wisely, it’s held in San Francisco on the first day of RSA week. Nearly 100 of the leading private and public security companies gather at the Westin Hotel to present during the all-day event. It’s no surprise that they pack a lot in for the audience which is why it’s so worthwhile.
The highlight of the events are the all-star panels that take place throughout the day in the main room. This year, the kickoff panel of the conference – Security Automation — will include Rajat Bhargava, CEO of JumpCloud®! We’re extremely proud of this moment as a company. Raj will be a featured speaker alongside leading security luminaries Alan Shimel, CISO Group; John Summers, Vice President, Security Business, Akamai; Marty Roesch, Chief Architect, Security Business Group, Cisco / Sourcefire; Marc Willebeek-LeMair, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Click Security; and, Jay Chaudhry, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Zscaler.
With the security industry being shaped by several megatrends, including the cloud, virtualization, mobility and DevOps, security teams, along with everyone in IT, is asked to do more faster. The security automation panel will explore this further, answering such questions as:
- What does Security Automation mean to you?
- What about continuous security, is that different than Security Automation?
- Where are we seeing security automation make a difference today?
- Where do you think we will see it in the near future?
- How can we use security automation to “build security” into the process earlier in the development cycle?
JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-Service® platform is a key tool in the fight against identity breaches. Our cloud-based directory service is securely connecting and managing user identities and their connection to systems, applications, and networks. We are looking forward to talking about next generation Identity-as-a-Service platforms and how they can help in the network security fight.
