We are proud to announce that we have joined the Rackspace Marketplace! We’ve known the Rackspace folks for a while now, and they have been great supporters of our past endeavors. Graham Weston – co-founder of Rackspace and who recently took back the reigns there – has been a major advocate for startups, and in particular Techstars. We got to know Graham in that context, so it’s been wonderful to see how successful Rackspace has been and we couldn’t be more pleased with their continued support of the startup community. So, when we connected with Rajeev Shrivastava, Tarun Bhatti, and Stephen Salas, it was easy to find common ground on our vision for startups, DevOps, and how we can support each of our respective company’s efforts in the market.

We Are Now Live in the Rackspace Marketplace

Today, JumpCloud went live in the Rackspace Marketplace ensuring that any Rackspace customer interested in automating the user management on their servers – whether physical, virtual, or cloud – is able to do so with an unlimited 90 day trial of JumpCloud. Rackspace has hundreds of thousands of customers that they have cultivated with their Fanatical Support. As a natural extension of that support, JumpCloud believes in helping those customers automate their essential user management activities by centralizing and securing them. These are all key tasks that DevOps and IT pros need to execute, but often don’t have the bandwidth to manage manually. With many shared missions, JumpCloud and Rackspace together are now making it easier than ever to build applications and solutions in the cloud.

If you are a Rackspace customer, please give the JumpCloud server management approach a free trial for 90 days on your servers. We welcome your feedback, so let us know what you think!
