A core IT task is to onboard and offboard users. It’s a time sink for IT, but it helps new employees become productive quickly and allows admins to disable access to former employees. Too often, the onboarding and offboarding process is manual and tedious. One missed step means either a phone call from an end user or even worse, continued access to a resource for a recently departed employee.
