The next AWS Boulder-Denver Meetup is scheduled for Tuesday, May 27th at the Lagrange Systems offices located in Boulder. Jay Smith, founder of Lagrange Systems, will discuss how you can optimize your applications hosted at AWS. Within this talk, Jay will discuss traffic optimization, site optimization, and tips for improving your architecture among other items.
Jay co-founded Lagrange Systems in 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer of the company. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Colorado State University in 2008. While working for IBM, Jay received over 20 patents and numerous corporate awards for the quality of those patents. After working at IBM, Jay focused on High Performance Computing at DigitalGlobe, where he pioneered the application of GPGPU processing within DigitalGlobe.
