The team and I are humbled to be included in Built In Colorado’s Best Places to Work list in 2021. Overall, this is a testament to the amazing team that has been assembled and their ability to work effectively with one another and create an amazing environment for growth. 2020 definitely brought its challenges, but this news is a great way to start 2021.

At the beginning of 2020, we were a 100 percent Colorado-based company with a very strong in-person culture. In March, we made an immediate transition to remote work and had to take deep stock of our culture. This transition taught us that our vision, mission, operating model, and values were strong and transcended the physical work environment. This realization provided us with the courage to transition to a remote-first workforce that is now active in 15 states and will have us adding over 500 new JumpCloudians over the next several years. We know that 2021 will bring its own challenges, but with what we were able to discover about ourselves in 2020, we are leaning into the opportunity.

Throughout this next year, I’m looking forward to the continued and rapid expansion of our team. With a larger, stronger, and more diverse team, we will not only be able to continue to create a better product for our customers, but we will be able to play a larger part in helping every JumpCloudian continue to grow, both personally and professionally.

We have a number of amazing opportunities available now and more on the way. If you don’t see something that lights that fire underneath you, I still encourage you to submit your resume today under our general category (you never know where it might lead) and continue to check in on our careers page as new positions will be released frequently.

If you’re looking to reshape the world of work and help us define the future of modern identity and device management from the ground up, come and join our team!

BEST MIDSIZE COMPANIES TO WORK FOR: METHODOLOGY

Built In’s “Best Midsize Companies” list rates companies with 101-500 JumpCloudians algorithmically based on compensation data and employer benefits. Rank is determined by combining a company’s score in each of these categories.
