Customize application display options to determine how applications are displayed in the Admin and User Portals. Keep the default logo, use a color indicator, or upload a custom app logo to differentiate your applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-built connectors default to the logo display option, which is pre-populated with the service provider\u2019s logo.  The Custom OIDC App and the Custom SAML App default to the custom OIDC or SAML App logo while the Bookmark URL defaults to the color indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users are implicitly denied access to applications. Users won\u2019t see applications in their User Portal unless you authorize user access to that application. See Authorize Users to an SSO Application<\/a> for more information.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Using the Application Logo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to the JumpCloud Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. For a new application:\n
      \n
    1. Go to USER AUTHENTICATION <\/strong>> SSO<\/strong> and then click +Add New Application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select a Custom SAML App<\/strong>, Custom OIDC App<\/strong>, or URL Bookmark <\/strong>from the Configure New Application<\/strong> list view. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. For an existing application:\n
        \n
      1. Go to USER AUTHENTICATION <\/strong>> SSO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Search for and select your application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. In the General Info<\/strong> tab, set the Display Option<\/strong> to Logo.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. For an existing application, click save. <\/strong>For a new application, complete the remaining required fields, then click activate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        When using the Logo Display Option, applications in the Admin Portal are displayed like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Using the Application Color Indicator<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to the JumpCloud Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Go to USER AUTHENTICATION <\/strong>> SSO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select an application from the Configured Application List view or the Configure New Application list view. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. In the application details panel, set the Display Option to Color Indicator, then select the color of your choice. <\/strong>The first letter of the application’s name is used in the Color Indicator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. For an existing application, click save. <\/strong>For a new application, complete the remaining connector fields, then click activate<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
