Devices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThe Devices widget lists up to three devices per user. Click all devices <\/strong>to go to the Devices<\/strong> tab where you can see all devices connected to a user if there are more than three. From the Devices<\/strong> tab, you can also bind more devices to a user or remove their access to a device. <\/p>\n\n\n\nUser Groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThe User Groups widget lists up to five User Groups. Click all groups <\/strong>to go to the User Groups<\/strong> tab where you can see all User Groups associated with a user if there are more than five. From the User Groups<\/strong> tab, you can also add a user to more User Groups or remove them. <\/p>\n\n\n\nApplications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nThe Applications widget lists up to five applications. Click all applications<\/strong> to view a list that shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nNames of all the applications a user has access to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n User Groups that are providing the user access to the applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nApplications are associated to users through User Groups. You can update a user\u2019s association to an application when you update the User Group\u2019s access to an application or when you update a user\u2019s association with a User Group. You can initiate either of these updates from the Highlights<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTo update a User Group\u2019s access to an application from the Highlights tab<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n\nIn the Applications widget, click all applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\nClick on a User Group. You\u2019re taken to the Applications<\/strong> tab on the User Group panel where you can update the User Group\u2019s access to applications. <\/li>\n\n\n\nWhen you\u2019ve made your changes, click save<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\nTo update a user\u2019s association to a User Group from the Highlights tab<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nIn the User Groups widget, click all groups<\/strong>.
