This integration provides a wealth of management possibilities for IT organizations seeking a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) experience by offering a stable, robust, and competitive Windows device management solution with standard enrollment and management protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IT Admins can streamline user-led device enrollment for end users on Windows MDM, and tamper-proof security features ensure that users can\u2019t remove the JumpCloud agent or MDM.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To provision Windows 10 and 11 devices using a provisioning package, see <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/enroll-windows-mdm-using-provisioning-package\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enroll Windows MDM Using a Provisioning Package<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-use-windows-mdm-admin\">Use Windows MDM (Admin)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/login\/admin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>DEVICE MANAGEMENT<\/strong> &gt; <strong>MDM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Windows<\/strong> tab.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To enable MDM for your users, select <strong>Allow users to enroll devices into Windows MDM through the User Portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card note\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/note-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Note:<\/strong> \n<ul>\n<li>This checkbox is disabled by default for all orgs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enabling this checkbox will also enable the <strong>Allow all users to enroll devices through the User Portal<\/strong> option in <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Organization Profile<\/strong> &gt; <strong>User Portal Settings<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enabling this checkbox will allow end users to enroll their Windows device from the JumpCloud User Portal via Windows MDM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User Portal device enrollment for Windows MDM is supported on all Windows 10 and 11 devices, with the exception of Windows Home versions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>To automatically enroll all users with Windows 10 and 11 devices into Windows MDM, select <strong>Automatically enroll all Windows 10 &amp; If this checkbox is not enabled, you won\u2019t see the option to enroll your device in Windows MDM from the User Portal. For more information, see <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/get-started-windows-mdm#use-windows-mdm-(admin)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Use Windows MDM (Admin)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users can\u2019t manually unenroll devices. If end users click <strong>Disconnect<\/strong>, they will be notified that the device can\u2019t be removed due to an enforced system policy.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-remove-devices-from-windows-mdm\">Remove Devices from Windows MDM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To remove a device from Windows MDM, you need to delete the device from the JumpCloud Admin Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a device from JumpCloud: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>DEVICE MANAGEMENT<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Devices<\/strong>, then select the&nbsp;<strong>Devices<\/strong>&nbsp;tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the checkbox to select the device(s) you wish to remove from Windows MDM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Delete<\/strong>, and confirm the number of devices. This will delete the device entry and remove the device from Windows MDM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card warning\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/warning-icon.png\" \/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Warning:<\/strong> \n<p>Deleting a device in JumpCloud will uninstall the JumpCloud agent from the device.
