Once an org is added, you can view details for the org and perform other actions.&nbsp;Use this feature to&nbsp;easily create an org that is linked to your company as a managed client.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prerequisites<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You need to get the MTP enabled for your MSP org&nbsp;to use it. See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/manage-admins-in-mtp\">Manage Admins in the MTP<\/a>&nbsp;to learn more.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Adding a Managed Org to the MTP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To add a managed org to your MTP<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your MTP:&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>Organizations&nbsp;<\/strong>tab, then click the&nbsp;<strong>Plus&nbsp;<\/strong>icon (&nbsp;<strong>+<\/strong>&nbsp;).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter an&nbsp;<strong>Organization Name<\/strong>, then click&nbsp;<strong>save<\/strong>. The org&nbsp;is added to your list of managed orgs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After adding an org&nbsp;to your MTP, you can edit its name by clicking it in the&nbsp;<strong>Organization Name<\/strong>&nbsp;column and making any other desired changes to the&nbsp;<strong>Organization Name&nbsp;<\/strong>field in the Manage Organization&nbsp;side panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Launching a Managed Org from the MTP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To launch an org from your MTP<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your MTP:&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do one of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Organizations<\/strong>&nbsp;tab, find the managed org&nbsp;you want to access, then click&nbsp;<strong>Launch<\/strong>. Your browser redirects to the JumpCloud admin&nbsp;portal for the org&nbsp;you launched.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After launching your MTP admin portal, click the&nbsp;<strong>Multi-Tenant Portal<\/strong>&nbsp;dropdown menu, then click a managed org&#8217;s name. The JumpCloud admin&nbsp;portal for the selected org&nbsp;redirects in your current browser window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Viewing Details for a Managed Org<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To view details for a managed org<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your&nbsp;MTP:&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Organizations<\/strong>&nbsp;tab to see a list of all your orgs.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each column&nbsp;provides details related to each managed org.\n<ul>\n<li>The columns are:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Organization Logo<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Increase brand awareness and make the org easier to identify by adding the logo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remote Assist<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; See if this is turned On or Off for your org.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organization Name<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The name you&#8217;ve input for your org.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Current Users<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The number of&nbsp;users in that org&nbsp;that are managed by JumpCloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Devices<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The number of devices in that org&nbsp;that are configured for use with JumpCloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applications<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The number of SAML SSO apps in that org&nbsp;that are configured for use with JumpCloud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;<strong>Organization Name<\/strong>&nbsp;of the org you want to see details for.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From here, you can&nbsp;<strong>Launch<\/strong>, see or copy your&nbsp;<strong>Organization ID<\/strong>, toggle&nbsp;<strong>Remote Assist On<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Off<\/strong>, change the&nbsp;<strong>Organization Name<\/strong>, access your&nbsp;<strong>Usage &amp; Billing<\/strong>, and view or delete&nbsp;<strong>Administrators<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Setting a Logo for a Managed Org<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card tip\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/tip-icon.png\"\/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Tip:<\/strong> \n<p>We recommend adding a logo to your org to increase brand awareness and make them easier to identify.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To set a logo for a managed org<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your MTP:&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/console.jumpcloud.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Launch<\/strong>&nbsp;for the managed org&nbsp;you want to launch. A new browser tab opens with the JumpCloud Admin&nbsp;Portal for the org&nbsp;you launch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Organization Profile&nbsp;<\/strong>&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Customize Logo<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>then click&nbsp;<strong>Choose A File<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browse to the image on your computer, then click&nbsp;<strong>Open<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card note\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/note-icon.png\"\/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Note:<\/strong> \n<p>For uploading considerations like file types and best resolution, see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/upload-logo-for-your-org\">Upload a Logo for Your Org<\/a> to learn more.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Logging out of your MTP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To log out of your MTP<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>From the MTP&nbsp;dropdown menu, click&nbsp;<strong>Logout.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To log out of your MTP Admin Portal<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In the top-right corner, select your username initials, then click&nbsp;<strong>Log Out<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Removing a Managed Org from the MTP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cgb-notification-card-wysiwyg notification-card note\"><div class=\"notification-card-content\"><div class=\"notification-card-icon\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/jumpcloud\/assets\/images\/gutenberg-blocks\/note-icon.png\"\/><\/p><\/div><div class=\"notification-card-copy is-type-body-default\"><div><strong class=\"notification-card-type\">Note:<\/strong> \n<p>Currently, you can\u2019t remove a managed org from your MTP without help from our support. To remove an org from your MSP org&#8217;s MTP, contact&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/contact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Support<\/a>.
