See <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/enroll-windows-mdm-using-provisioning-package\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enroll Windows MDM Using a Provisioning Package<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The JumpCloud Agent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lives on the local device (takes 5-7 MB of RAM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacts JumpCloud servers in near real-time securely using a long HTTPS poll through port 443<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displays the device status in the Administrator Portal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agent manages local user accounts and has the ability to add, modify, and delete them. The Agent can set passwords and update full name fields. It will prompt you if you wish to reboot now, or when the install is complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>\/VERYSILENT<\/code> hides the installer GUI and walks through the steps automatically. It will automatically reboot once finished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>\/NORESTART<\/code> prevents setup from restarting the device following a successful installation. Typically used along with <code>\/SILENT<\/code> or <code>\/VERYSILENT<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>\/SUPPRESSMSGBOXES<\/code> answers yes to any installation dependencies, such as MFC redistributables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installing the Windows Agent Manually<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To install the Windows Agent manually<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Locate the <strong>jcagent-msi-signed.msi<\/strong> file, then open it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the installation wizard, on the <strong>Select Destination Location<\/strong> page, make sure it is set to <strong>C:\\Program Files\\JumpCloud<\/strong>, and then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Install<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste the JumpCloud Device Connect Key that you copied when you downloaded the Agent, then click <strong>Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If another application is using files that the installation needs access to, select <strong>Automatically close the applications<\/strong>, or manually close the application, then select <strong>Do not close the application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>, then <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verifying Windows Installation from Programs and Features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To verify the Windows Agent installation from Programs and Features<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Start<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Control Panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Programs<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Programs and Features<\/strong>.
