When going through Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) with User Authentication enabled, the following error can occur during device enrollment: “There is an issue with this account. Please contact your IT administrator.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This error occurs when the user account is Staged and not Active for authentication during device configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To resolve this, you need to change the user account state from the user profile from Staged to Active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
