When an administrator deletes all administrator accounts (either JumpCloud or local) from a device managed by JumpCloud, it can lead to significant issues. If the device’s certificate is not updated within 30 days, or if the device fails to maintain contact with the JumpCloud admin portal, it becomes unresponsive and cannot be managed or uninstalled from the agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
