Configuring the BambooHR API Authentication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

- Click COPY KEY<\/strong> to copy the key to your clipboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

If you want to manage the lifecycle and avoid creating inactive users, use this option, use the \/report endpoint, specifically the GET \/report\/<id><\/a> request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Important:<\/strong> \nYou cannot use this option if more than 1200 rows return in the report as it will timeout. Use the \/directory<\/a> endpoint.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
To configure BambooHR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
A custom report with the attributes you want for the integration, including status, will need to be created in BambooHR. The id for the report is found in the URL shown when viewing the report in BambooHR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Log in to BambooHR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the Reports <\/strong>tab from the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click +New Report<\/strong> and give the report a name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Add the attributes you want to sync to JumpCloud. \n

- Be sure to include status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If you want to import manager, be sure to include supervisor email<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Complete the rest of the form and click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Note the id from the URL once the report loads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
