If a company-owned device is lost or misplaced, you can enable Lost Mode from within the JumpCloud Admin Portal. When enabling Lost Mode from the Admin Portal, you can supply contact information that will appear on the device\u2019s screen to prompt the holder of the device to return it to you. If the device is returned, you can then turn off Lost Mode and restore the device to full functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
