This integration makes it easier for IT teams and MSPs to scale their operations and work more effectively. JSM is a popular IT Service Management (ITSM) tool that\u2019s used by Deps, IT, and business teams to collaborate on service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This integration allows customers to trigger self-service actions in JumpCloud from JSM, helping automate the fulfillment of common help desk requests, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Employee onboarding and offboarding requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application access requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Password and MFA resets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This new automation builds on JumpCloud\u2019s investment in its APIs, <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/it-automation\">commands<\/a>, and PowerShell module to <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/it-automation\">scale IT operations<\/a>. IT admins can make bulk changes across users, devices, and groups. Automation permits teams to allocate their time toward other high-value tasks. MSPs are also capable of routing tickets to tasks and can be set to service level agreements (SLAs), based upon the client organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Our New Integration with Multiplier Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-built automations are one of JSM\u2019s main benefits. Multiplier delivers the same \u201cout-of-the-box\u201d productivity that Atlassian users achieve with the platform for other IT operations tasks. These workflows streamline common tasks that could otherwise become time-consuming. Increased opportunities for self-service is one of the key deliverables from this integration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automate New Hire Onboarding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With Multiplier, you can build workflows in Jira that trigger a series of actions in JumpCloud. If you have a new hire onboarding intake form, you can automatically create a JumpCloud user once HR submits the form, and add them to the relevant groups.
