This ethos drives the continual investment in the JumpCloud platform based on regular user input and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we\u2019ve collected and acted upon customer feedback over the last couple of years, the JumpCloud platform has grown significantly. Some new (and improved!) features include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/directory-insights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directory Insights<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/conditional-access\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Conditional access policies<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/community.jumpcloud.com\/t5\/jumpcloud-product-news\/temporary-elevated-privileges-is-here\/m-p\/4250\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Temporary Elevated Privileges<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/get-started-jumpcloud-go\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Go\u2122<\/a>, our passwordless access solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/patch-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Patch management<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/password-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Password Manager<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/hris-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">More integrations with HRIS platforms<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote management capabilities with <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/remote-assistance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Remote Access<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In light of these changes, we wanted to make sure our packaging structure continued to meet our users\u2019 needs. <strong>We surveyed over 800 of our customers and upgraded our packages based on their feedback<\/strong>. Read on to learn about what customers wanted and how we\u2019ve adapted to meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s Changed? Key Changes to the Packages&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our surveys, our customers mentioned two things they wanted to see from us: more robust packages so they don\u2019t have to purchase additional features separately, and an option tailored to those focused primarily on device management. We delivered on these requests by incorporating Password Manager, patch management, JumpCloud Go\u2122, and Remote Access into our packages for more comprehensive IT management without the need for add-ons. We also introduced two new device-centric packages that power effective and secure device management. <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read on to learn more about these upgrades and how they grant customers access to more robust IT management capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Package Changes:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JumpCloud\u2019s Single Sign-On (SSO) package<\/strong> focuses primarily on user authentication and access control. It has been upgraded to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/password-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Password Manager<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/directory-insights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directory Insights<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to these updates, JumpCloud has incorporated several new SSO integrations and can connect to over 1,000 applications. Many of these applications are HRIS platforms like <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/global-partners\/workday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Workday<\/a>, allowing for more comprehensive identity lifecycle management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JumpCloud Core Directory 2024<\/strong> is a user authentication and access control package with a slightly more robust feature set than its SSO counterpart. It has also been upgraded to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/password-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Password Manager<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/directory-insights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directory Insights<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These updates help Core customers promote secure authentication and improve their password habits across their user bases. Customers can now use our Password Manager, which leverages a <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/blog\/password-management-architecture-matters\">unique distributed architecture<\/a> to create, store, and enforce strong user credentials on local devices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JumpCloud Platform 2024<\/strong>, our most popular package, has been upgraded with several new features, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/password-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Password Manager<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/patch-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Patch management<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/get-started-jumpcloud-go\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Go passwordless authentication<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/remote-assistance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Remote Access<\/a> capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JumpCloud Platform Plus has been replaced by JumpCloud Platform Prime 2024. <\/strong>New and improved features in this package include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/password-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Password Manager<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/patch-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Patch management<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/support\/get-started-jumpcloud-go\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JumpCloud Go passwordless authentication<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced <a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/remote-assistance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Remote Access<\/a> capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24&#215;7 Premium Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unique to this package is the introduction of Prime Pass, which grants customers access to all future features developed in-house by JumpCloud. This ensures that customers won\u2019t have to pay separately for add-ons, never miss a new feature, and stay on top of the latest and greatest JumpCloud capabilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JumpCloud introduced two new Device Management packages <\/strong>for those primarily looking to use JumpCloud to manage their devices. Customers who want a <em>unified<\/em> identity, access, and device management solution can now select <strong>JumpCloud\u2019s Device Identity<\/strong>. For customers who already have an existing identity provider and just want JumpCloud Device Management to start, they can select the new <strong>JumpCloud Device Management<\/strong> package.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both new packages offer features critical to effective device management, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/mdm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cross-platform Device Management and mobile device management (MDM)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/remote-assistance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Patch management<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/remote-assistance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Remote Access<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/platform\/system-insights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">System Insights\u2122<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learn More<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re excited to announce these new packages and approaches to our platform.
