A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL DETERMINATIONS MADE BY JUMPCLOUD ARE FINAL. VOID IN ALL JURISDICTIONS WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules (\u201cOfficial Rules\u201d) and the decisions of JumpCloud Inc. (\u201cJumpCloud\u201d)which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> The I Make Work Happen Sweepstakes (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d) is open to all natural persons who are both (i) 18 or older at the time of entry and (ii) a resident of the United States. Employees of JumpCloud, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, and individuals involved in promotion of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these \u201cOfficial Rules.\u201d&nbsp; JumpCloud\u2019s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize (as defined in Section 5 below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timing: <\/strong>The Sweepstakes opens on Thursday, September 7, 2023 and closes on Sunday, December 31, 2023 (the \u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d) as further described below.\n<ul>\n<li class=\"alpha-list\">Weekly Drawings: sixteen (16) weekly sweepstakes will be held each Thursday during the Sweepstakes Period. The Weekly drawings will take place on 9\/14, 9\/21, 9\/28, 10\/5, 10\/12, 10\/19, 10\/26, 11\/2, 11\/9, 11\/16, 11\/23, 11\/30, 12\/7, 12\/14, 12\/21, and 12\/28.\n<ul>\n<li>All valid Submissions from September 7, 2023 &#8211; September 13, 2023 will be included in the first weekly drawing. Submissions from the date of each weekly drawing (Thursday) until the Wednesday before the following weekly drawing (\u201cWeekly Period\u201d) will be included in such following weekly drawing. All valid weekly Submissions must be received within the respective Weekly Period.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"alpha-list\">Monthly Drawings: three (3) monthly drawings will take place on September 28, 2023, October 26, 2023, and November 30, 2023.&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>All valid Submissions from September 7, 2023 &#8211; September 27, 2023 will be included in the first monthly drawing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All valid Submissions from September 28, 2023 &#8211; October 25,&nbsp; 2023 will be entered into the second monthly drawing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All valid Submissions from October 26, 2023 &#8211; November 29,&nbsp; 2023 will be entered into the final monthly drawing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"alpha-list\">Grand Prize Drawing: one grand prize drawing will take place on January 2, 2024. All valid Submissions during the Sweepstakes Period will be included in the grand prize drawing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to Enter: <\/strong>To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must complete the submission form as described in 3(a) or 3(b) below (each, a \u201c<strong>Submission<\/strong>\u201d) within the applicable drawing periods set out in Section 2 (Timing) as follows:  \n<ul>\n<li class=\"alpha-list\"><strong>\u201cI Make Work Happen\u201d Social Card:<\/strong> Create an \u201cI Make Work Happen\u201d social card at the following link: [http:\/\/jumpcloud.com\/i-make-work-happen] using the generator on the campaign landing page. You must complete the social card creation process, opt in for the sweepstakes, enter your e-mail address and submit your entry within the applicable Sweepstakes Period.; or  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"alpha-list\"><strong>Mail-in Entry<\/strong>: Print your full name, address (including zip code) and email address into on a 3&#8243;x 5&#8243; card, with proper postage affixed to an envelope or pre-paid shipping, and mail it to the following address: JumpCloud Inc., 361 Centennial Parkway, STE 300, Louisville, Colorado 80027. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by no later than the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than ten (10) business days thereafter. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, postage-due, or unintelligible entries may be disqualified, in JumpCloud\u2019s sole discretion.<br><br>One (1) submission per individual is permitted per weekly draw. Additionally, an entrant may share their Submission (the applicable social card) through the \u2018Share Module\u2019 on the campaign page. Each such Submission properly shared through the \u2018Share Module\u2019 will be weighted as an additional Submission up to a maximum of eight (8) times per weekly drawing. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. JumpCloud\u2019s servers and clock shall serve as the official clock for the Sweepstakes and entrant\u2019s proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by JumpCloud. JumpCloud reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Submission that it finds in violation of these Official Rules in its sole discretion. Released Parties (as defined in Section 6 below) are not responsible for lost, late, unreceived, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected Submissions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selection of Winners: <\/strong>Weekly, monthly, and grand prize drawings will take place as outlined in Section 2 (Timing). JumpCloud will randomly select winners from all eligible Submissions for each weekly, monthly, and grand prize drawing. There will be a total of sixteen (16) winners of the weekly drawings, three (3) winners of the monthly drawings, and one (1) winner of the Grand Prize drawing (each a \u201cWinner\u201d). JumpCloud\u2019s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.<br><br>If your Submission is selected, you will be notified by email within five (5) business days from the date of the applicable drawing. The notification email will be sent to the email address provided in the entrant\u2019s Submission. Potential Winners will be required to provide their name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and any other reasonable information to confirm eligibility and for Prize fulfillment purposes, within one (1) business day from the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. If a potential Winner of thePrize cannot be contacted, declines to accept the Prize, or fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner may forfeit the Prize. If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, JumpCloud may award the Prize to an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible entries through an additional random selection. If no valid or eligible Submissions are received for a drawing, JumpCloud may award the Prize to an alternate Winner from all eligible Submissions in previous drawings through an additional random selection. Allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of your Prize, which will be emailed to the email address you provided after notification of being a potential Winner or sent to the mailing address provided to JumpCloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prizes:<\/strong> JumpCloud will award prizes to Winners as follows: (i) Sixteen (16) total weekly drawing Winners will each receive a $100 Visa Gift Card, (ii) three (3) total monthly drawing Winners will each receive a JumpCloud \u201cI Make Work Happen\u201d t-shirt and sticker, and (iii) one (1) grand prize Winner will receive a $1000 Visa Gift Card and a JumpCloud \u201cI Make Work Happen\u201d swag pack (the \u201cPrizes\u201d). Winners may be provided the opportunity to appear in a short guest segment on JumpCloud\u2019s weekly Youtube program, The IT Hour, with scheduling to be determined based on availability. Winners shall be randomly selected by JumpCloud and at its sole discretion.<br><br>Terms and conditions of the Prize apply. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable and no Prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed except that JumpCloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for a different prize of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize or the receipt and\/or use of the Prize. <strong>THE ARV FOR ALL PRIZES TO BE AWARDED DURING ANY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED $5,000 FOR ANY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odds<\/strong>. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Submissions received for each drawing. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge JumpCloud\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publicity:<\/strong> Except where prohibited, by accepting a Prize, you expressly consent to JumpCloud\u2019s use of your name, likeness, and Submission information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>General Conditions:<\/strong> By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of JumpCloud, which will be binding and final. JumpCloud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and\/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by JumpCloud in its sole discretion. In such an event, JumpCloud, in its sole discretion, may select Winners from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on JumpCloud\u2019s website, the details set forth in these Official Rules will prevail. JumpCloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a <strong>VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JUMPCLOUD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW<\/strong>.
