Subject: Action Required: Complete Your Password Vault Migration
Hello,
As part of our transition to the new centralized JumpCloud Password Vault, we attempted to migrate your data but were unable to complete the migration successfully.
To preserve your passwords and ensure a successful migration, please complete the following steps:
- Open the JumpCloud Password Manager Desktop App.
- Navigate to Settings → Backup Center.
- Select Create Backup.

Once the organization-wide migration is complete, proceed with the Legacy Password Manager deactivation. Before doing so, verify that all user websites and credentials have been successfully retained. Please note that following deactivation, users will lose access to the legacy Password Manager Desktop App, browser extension, and mobile app fully replaced by the new Password Vaul experience.
