With the Enterprise Portal, admins can manage multiple organizations within a single location. Once an org is added, you can view details for the org and perform other actions. Use this feature to easily create orgs that are linked to your company as managed orgs.
Terminology:
- Enterprise Portal: Portal where Enterprise Admins manage settings for multiple organizations under one Enterprise Configuration. Differs from the JumpCloud Admin Portal, which is for one organization
- Enterprise (formerly Enterprise Configuration): Centralized hub for all the organizations' objects in the Enterprise Portal. Items can be created and shared for organizations in the Enterprise Portal from this hub
- Organizations: A division of the enterprise (for example a region or a country) that maintains its own users, devices, and resources
Adding a Managed Org
To add a managed org to your Enterprise Portal:
- Log in to your Enterprise Portal.
- Click the Organizations tab, then click ( + Add ).
- Enter an Organization Name, a Contact Name, and a Contact Email, then click Save. The org is added to your list of managed orgs.
- You can edit these details at any point.
- Click the three horizontal dots in the right corner then Organization Settings to edit the organization profile, make changes to security settings, or notification channels, add connectors etc. see Settings in the Admin Portal to learn more.
Viewing and Editing Details for a Managed Org
Consideration:
- Some details and actions are limited to scope, like being able to toggle Remote Assist on or off, access to Usage and Billing etc.
To view details for a managed org:
- Log in to your Enterprise Portal.
- Click Organizations to see a list of all your orgs. Each column provides details related to each managed org.
- The columns are:
- Organization Name - The name you've entered for your org.
- Users - The number of users in that org that are managed by JumpCloud.
- Devices - The number of devices in that org that are configured for use with JumpCloud.
- Applications - The number of SAML SSO apps in that org that are configured for use with JumpCloud.
- Organization Contact - The primary contact for the org.
- The columns are:
- Click on the Organization Name of the org you want to see details for.
- From here, you can click Edit to adjust any of the General Information, see or copy your Organization ID, Manage or Delete Admins, see an Overview of how many Users, Devices, and Applications are associated with the organization. Click on any of the overview summaries to open the page (i.e. clicking Users will take you to the Users page).

Deleting a Managed Org
Prerequisite:
- All users and devices must be removed from the org before you can delete it.
To delete an org:
- Log in to your Enterprise Portal.
- Click the Organizations tab, then click select the org you want to delete.
- Click the three horizontal dots in the top right, then click Delete Organization.
- Confirm the deletion.
