You can create IP lists and use them with conditional access policies that restrict or ease user access to resources. Read this article to learn how to create and delete IP lists in JumpCloud.

Note:
- Public IPv4 and IPv6 are supported.
- Conditional Access Policies support public IP addresses, like the public IP of the gateway for the corporate network or the public IP of the VPN gateway.
- In the same IP List, you can enter IP addresses using a combination of any of the following methods:
- Individually on separate lines:
192.0.2.10
2001:DB8::/32
- Individually on separate lines:
- Enter a range with a (-):
198.51.100.0 - 198.51.100.255
- Enter a range with CIDR notation:
198.51.100.0/24
Creating an IP List
To create an IP list:
- Log in to the Admin Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com/
- Go to SECURITY MANAGEMENT > Conditional Lists.
- Click ( + ).
- Give a name for List Name.
- Enter IP addresses. Note: You can use a combination of individual addresses, CIDR notation, and a range in the same IP list.
- Click save.
Deleting an IP List
Note:
You can’t delete IP lists that are attached to conditional access policies. You need to remove the IP list from the policy, then you can delete it.
To delete an IP list:
- Log in to the Admin Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com/
- Go to SECURITY MANAGEMENT > Conditional Lists.
- Select the check box next to the IP list you want to delete.
- Select actions, then select Delete List.
- In the confirmation modal, click confirm to delete the IP list.
